An increasing more popular service required from our client’s is the need for a brand ambassadors service. Too often we have enquiries from customers where they have been sold a promotional marketing campaign and all they really want is brand ambassador staff.
This aspect of promotions is about lead generation, not leaflet distribution, not giving away goody bags. Our ambassadors responsibilities:
- Encourage consumers to purchase product/Push for sales
- Sales tabulation
- Reporting of Out-Of-Stock-Situation/Not listed Product/Any Information Of Promotion
- Setting up booth and prepare sampling concoction hygienic
- Gather and tabulate consumer feedback and competitor activities
- Ensure adequate sampling stocks are consume
- Educate and communicate key product benefits to consumers
- Comply to all retailer rules
